The co-founder, Carlos Blanco Sanchez has been engaged in raising capital for investments since 2007 and has syndicated over $300 million in real estate deals throughout North America and Europe. Mr. Carlos Blanco has syndicated and managed numerous multifamily real estate projects in the United States that produce positive cash flow for his investors.

Sovereign’s Founder and CEO Russ Krivor has been engaged in the concept, development, and ongoing project management of the income-generating real estate in the strongest job-growth markets across the United States since 2004. As a result of this conservative approach to real estate, Mr. Krivor and Sovereign Properties have been able to assemble over $250 million in equity under management and sponsor the development of approximately 5,000 apartments across the country.
